Returns
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Email support@freshbasket.ae to initiate your return and receive instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Use the provided return label and drop off or schedule a pickup as instructed.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Check the product page for details.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Timing may vary depending on your payment method.
