How do I place an order on FreshBasket?

Ordering is easy! Simply browse through our stores, add items to your cart, select your delivery address, choose a delivery time slot, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using various methods including cards, digital wallets, or cash on delivery.

Do I need to create an account to order?

Yes, you'll need to create a free account to place orders. This allows you to track your orders, save your favorite items, manage multiple delivery addresses, and enjoy a personalized shopping experience.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across major cities in the UAE. Enter your delivery address during checkout to see if we service your area. We're constantly expanding to new locations!

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 30-45 minutes from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location, store availability, and order volume. You'll receive real-time updates on your order status.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value varies by store, typically ranging from AED 30 to AED 50. Free delivery is available on orders above AED 100. Check the store page for specific details.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time from the "My Orders" section. You'll receive notifications at each stage: order confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.

Can I schedule a delivery for later?

Yes, you can schedule your delivery for a convenient time slot up to 7 days in advance. Choose your preferred date and time during checkout.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery agent will contact you if you're not available. You can provide delivery instructions (like leaving items at the door) or reschedule the delivery to a more convenient time.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash on delivery. All online payments are secure and encrypted.

Are there any delivery charges?

Delivery charges typically range from AED 5 to AED 15 depending on your location and the store. Orders above AED 100 qualify for free delivery. Check your cart for exact delivery fees before checkout.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We regularly offer discounts, promotional codes, and special deals. Check the "Offers" section on our app/website, or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest promotions.

Are the prices same as in-store?

Yes, we maintain the same prices as the physical stores. There are no additional markups on product prices. You only pay for the products, applicable taxes, and delivery fees.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, expired, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Fresh produce and perishables can be returned if they don't meet quality standards. Contact support with order details and photos for quick resolution.

How do I request a refund?

Go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Report an Issue". Choose the items and reason for return. Our team will review and process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's picked up for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Full refunds are issued for cancelled orders.

Account & Support

How do I update my account information?

Log into your account and go to "My Account" or "Profile Settings". Here you can update your name, email, phone number, and delivery addresses.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone number, and we'll send you a verification code to reset your password.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us via email at support@freshbasket.ae, through the in-app chat, or by calling our customer service hotline. Our support team is available 7 days a week to assist you.

Is my personal information secure?
